West Pattern Works supports a fully equipped machine shop.
With CNC machining technology, West Pattern Works is able to produce a high level of accuracy in machined pattern equipment
in a variety of materials. Our shop is capable of producing both large and small tooling.
We machine aluminum, iron and urethane tooling board patterns,
as well as, aluminum and iron shell core boxes. West Pattern Works specializes in the design and building of aluminum investment molds for the lost wax casting process. We also design and build machined metal fixtures for the inspection and straightening of castings, as well clamping fixtures for the machining of castings. These fixtures are often designed to locate castings utilizing Target Points or Datums.
